the nvc received our I-130 yesterday. can my husband go ahead and email the contact request tonight or do we need to wait for something?

well, i read that and i read lotto's guide. i think of the two I will follow lotto's guide only because james shortcut makes me want to ball up in the fetal position and rock.....
