we have almost the same timeline i don't think you are considered Feb. i believe they go by NOA 1 dates if so we are March

I think it is tough to call this one. If VSC is going to be working on CR1/IR1s as it appears may be the case, at what point will they stop passing work to CSC? My guess it'd be based on the current date CSC has posted. Only if VSC has no plans to adjudicate CR1/IR1s would it make sense for them to continue to move work to CSC.

And until they both update their dates, I don't think we're going to know much of anything.

im a feb filler, i got transferred today aug 26. at least i know my case hasnt been forgotten. thank you so much Lord. i have prayed for this.

ps: isnt it ironic that people are so happy to be transferred to csc? that means we dont have faith in vsc anymore to work on cases thats why we're ecstatic when we get moved.

There were at least 2 CR1/IR1s approved out of Vermont today. Could it be the pleasant fall air that has suddenly awakened VSC??
