Question on petitioning for a women who divorced the same man twice. She was married a total of 18 years but divorced the man 10 years into the marriage then remarried him and divorced again 2 years ago.

I assume the best thing is to provide all the information on the marriages and divorces. How does the USCI veiw this? Will it affect the approval of the K-1 petition?

What can a person expect? Dont worry and move forward?

simply provide the necessary proof of the two mariages and the two divorces.... if all the needed documents are provided the USCIS could care less...

As long as you can prove you are both free and single to marry, USCIS won't worry. Just make sure you submit both divorce decrees/certificates.
