Hello!

Guys my wife is filling the I 864 form and my mother in law is filling I 864A.

My question is this what my wife and mother in law need to submitt with these forms.

is this require to send Birth certificate?

and if yes then which one birth certificate will work,My wife's or my mother in law's?

and tell me other required documents?

what they need to file with this form is past 3 years of tax transcripts ( can get by calling IRS )or w-2 forms

emploment letter with company letter head on it ( not a copy )

YES You need to prove your relationship to your mother. So, the best thing is to send in a copy of your birthcertificate. I got an RFE just last week on my I-864A asking to prove my relationship to my father, so i know 100 percent that you need it :)

you need that plus your tax transcripts and employment letter if necessary :)

i mean birth certificate will require to prove the relation of mother & daughter,and u are saying dont need birth certificate.

Plz i need 100000000000000000% sure answer...

After reading it, doesn't look it. Looks like you need to send in your wife's since you have to prove her relationship to her mother and prove they have the same residence.

Yes i think you are right coz my wife live with her mother n i think she needs to send her birth certificate but she was telling me that NVC told my mother to send her birth certificate and now we are waiting for her birth certificate coz she just ordered her birth certificate.
