Call with NVC agent

I just called NVC agent to get my IIN number. She told me that this number is not available in their system. It's only available on the printed copy of the bill. I will try to get some other agen to give me the number tommorow. I guess I called around 11:40 pm so all the agent must have been in hurry to get home because their shift ends at 12 midnight. I guess that's why she was lazy to look for the number.

She also told me that my DS3032 was just generated today. NVC AVR however doesn't reflect this. I still don't get "DS3032 Choice of Agent was generated on ...." on AVR.

thanks,

CS

That number has never been in any of the documents they have sent me. The AVR will be updated by midnight today. Once that info is generated you can obtain your IIN number from them. Just ask them for the invoice number. Good luck.

Try again, call around or after 10 pm eastern time. I called many times before I got a nice lady who gave it to me before I could finish my sentence telling her I need it. IIN is available in their system as soon as 3032 and AOS bill generated. It will be in the IV bill that you will get in the mail, but it will be a while, to long to wait. I got it in the mail 8/23 and IIN was there, but by this time AOS was paid etc.

Just keep calling until you get it.
