John, as a person with depression (treated) i suggest you get ahold of your doctor and get a different medication. and tell him whats goin on. I know that sometimes it takes a few tries to get the medications right. Maybe a mix is what u might need.

hi, u were receipted about ten days before us last year........i know its hard man do i ever know its hard......depression is something that u need to get medical help with........this process is something out of a steven kings book as far as im concerned......but we get to write the end of our journey........plz try to think positive.....if they dont do anything u can always move to PI.....but in the end im pretty sure ur going to get the result that ur wanting........oh where oh where is kim right now lol.......she has such better words than i do.......try to do somethings that take ur mind off of it .........and trust me im pretty tired of hearing that too lol.........dont stop praying it is the most important thing we need to do in this process .........i will also ad u to my prayers ......i dont know if it will help any but just know ur not the only one going thru this mess .......sure maybe im not marry yet so that could just possiable make me a little more crazy lol i have not reached the depression that needs medication as of yet but i am on blood pressure medication and doctor says its from the stress.........now here something to make u laugh doctor stated if i got rid of my stress i would not need medication hmmmmmmmm would that be dump perviz, my schooling or my business .........i think all the medical doctors are related to the service centers or embassies or at the very least paid under the table nawww not really just joken......try to just relax and think of the good times.........and i sure know the closer it gets to the time u were receipted the harder it gets

HI John, I sympathize on you! I know this journey is really tough but everything has an end. A lil bit more patient! Perhaps a talk with your other relatives down here or any friends could help. Constant communication with your wife (like everyday) will probably be a good thing too. Depression is really rampant here in the US. AS you said you are into a situation where you needs to have medication already and that is REAL HARD! Pls if you can help it try TALK to people. Follow up with the case.... yeah, and perhaps a visit in PI will help too. You're in my prayers! Keep holding!

I don't want to oversimplify but often, depression can start to take us over when we feel we have no say in our lives. sounds like a lot of us here, doesn't it? I hope you can find something to take charge of. Do what you can for this situation but then, go out and find something else to focus on. Limiting phone calls and emails may actually help the situation. Now is the time to help someone, learn something, volunteer...it doesn't matter as long as you are active and in charge.

A trip to visit would be considered taking charge in this instance. ]
