DS3032 Delays????

Hello VJers,

Earlier, I asked question regarding what message do I get on NVC AVR so that I can send DS3032 via email....The answer was that ...AVR message will change to "DS-3032 choice of agent form and AOS bill generated on ..." (thx Fedup for your answer).

However, from timelines, it seems that it takes NVC 4-5 days to generate DS3032 and AOS bill after getting approved petition from USCIS. NVC received my petition on 8/14/2008 (that's 10 days) and still the voice message doesn't say "DS3032 Choice of Agent Form and AOS bill generated on ...."

All I get is that "your case no. is blah blah blah....Allow 6-8 weeks for beneficiary to receive notification...."

Are other people, who have gotten recent approvals, experiencing similar delays in getting their DS3032 and AOS Bill generated???? I know 10 days is hardly a wait compared to wonderful black-hole known as USCIS. But, I am trying to figure out whether timelines for NVC process is going be much longer than what people have experienced earlier due to NVC getting hammered with recently approved petitions from both CSC and VSC. So, all those who have gotten recent approvals, chime in with your input and how much you have been waiting to get your DS3032 generated?

thanks,

CS

I thought I read somewhere that NVC updates their AVR system like 1 or 2 times a week. I think Tuesday was one of the days. I would call tomorrow and Tuesday to see if there is any change. If not, I would select the option to speak with a representative. They have more up to date info than the AVR... Good Luck!

It could be that they are backlogged. I got approved on August 7th and on August 12 I had a NVC # and on August 15th I had a DS3032 and AOS generated and on August 15th I emailed the DS3032 and paid for the fee online. On August 18 I overnighted my AOS and here is where I stand.

It might be the case that they ARE backlogged... I have the same situation. Approved on Aug, 12, case in NVC since Aug, 19, but system message still saying "Case is not in the system". I hoped that it would changed on Saturday to "...forms are generated", or at least that "case in the system"..., but no.

Will wait for Tuesday's update
