PCC in Maiden Name or Married Name?

For people who have gotten their PCC done, does it matter if they use maiden or married name on the PCC. My wife has a married name on the passport, so does it need to match?

All the police inquiry that happened, police requested documents which had her maiden name so I suppose they will give her in maiden name.

Is that going to be a problem?

I believe that the Police Cert should match what is in the passport. If anything maybe you should ask them to put So and So nee blah blah.

I agree....I haven't done PCC for my wife yet but I am going to keep everything in the name that her passport has. She is using my first name as her middle name and my last name, so that's the name i will have her get on PCC

My PCC has my married name same as my passport .

I think you should request them to issue the PCC with your wife's married name .

Get your wife's PCC in her married name which should match to her passport name.. It makes easier to understand when you submit other documents with your DS-230...
