I-134 Q for those who bought houses in US between 2004-2006

Hi, I'm making steady income of around $47,000 annually working full-time in New York. I bought a house 2 years ago in Phoenix, Arizona that has lost value. I've started to rent the house out this year and will report it on my taxes this year. I'll be sending in the K1 paperwork this week. If I tried to sell my house now, I'd owe money on it. I suspect the loan is for more than the property is worth now.

My question is in regards to the I-134. What about all of those people who are filling out the I-134 who bought houses in the US between 2004-2006, and have lost value. Will we be approved? Am I overly concerned?

If you qualify with income. No need to put assets! Just ITRs, W2s employment letter. Tax Transcripts are better!~

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

I don't have many other assets besides my car, a few thousand in savings, and a few thousand in retirement accounts. Am I overly concerned? Do I need a sponsor?

The answer is to skip all questions related to assets. You qualify on income alone.

Dont need to declare any values to anything if sponsor already makes at least 125% of poverty line. Thats the bottom line that USCIS is looking for. Just put N/A on anything like bank accounts, property owned, assets.. etc.
