Ehem...not being an I, ME & MYSELF here but I want to know what you guys think of my situation... For those who has no clue about my previous post... my situation is like this. I have an annulled marriage when my fiancee filed a K1 petition for me. After the approval, when I was preparing for interview, I found out that I have an existing marriage. It was fake ofcourse, I didnt know about it. To make the long story short... I postponed my interview, filed for annulment and just recently the court declared it null and void ab initio. Now Im pushing through with my interview, armed with these court papers. So what do you guys think?

Go for it!!!! You did the right thing... Saved yourself and your fiance' a bunch of headaches.... Good Luck to you both!

Well what you did is just good and right basically! As what you mentioned..."armed with these court papers"!

not all maybe some!!! i have my 45 years old fiancee, but sometimes he forget some things!!!

true.. but i dnt think u would forget something like that..

i would understand forgetting dates and names..

but forgetting your SO is married or not.. i dnt think so..

it is a very important information.. IMO.. :whistle:

Gee, I am 50 now! Does that make me antiquated?? :P I'll be right back! I need to take my Geritol, if I can only find it..... :D

August 7&9,2008 - Medical K1&K2

August 21, 2008 - Paid document verification fee (P1,300)

August 27, 2008 - Interview

September 08,2008 - Document Verification request sent to NSO

Spetember 19,2008 - Document Verification done -sent back to US Embassy Manila

November 03, 2008 - Case under review

November 26, 2008 - VISA printed

November 28, 2008 - VISA in transit

December 02, 2008- VISA IN HAND

January 12, 2009 - Arrived USA, POE Los Angeles

January 21, 2009 - Got married

January 22, 2009 - Applied for SSN

AOS

February 10, 2009 - Went to Dr. Janet Pettyjohn for form I-693

February 11, 2009 - Sent our AOS packet to Chicago

February 12, 2009 - Packet received signed for by L BOX

February 22, 2009 - Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD & AP

March 17, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment

March 21, 2009 - SSN card arrived in the mail

April 6, 2009 - took driver's license exam and passed! (written and road test)

April 10, 2009 - Repeat Biometrics Appointment

April 14,2009 - Received AP documents in the mail

April 16, 2009 - Received EAD in the mail

SEptember 4, 2009 - GREENCARD received

true.. but i dnt think u would forget something like that..

i would understand forgetting dates and names..

but forgetting your SO is married or not.. i dnt think so..

it is a very important information.. IMO.. :whistle:

Goodluck on your upcoming interview!!!, good thing you open yourself here, this is good thing to help some in trouble and helps understand what you are dealing with, i know eveything will gonna be alright as long as you do it in a right way!!!,

for my friend case, i know she ddnt have time to file for annulment b4 her interview, she dont have enough time for it, thats why im askin her, if what the best thing she can do, im sure she will not go for the interview? but then after that, what will gonna happen? we know annulment takes time, so im not sure what might happen to their papers!!!
