I am sure there are lot of October I-130 Vermont filers like me... did anyone already get approval?

Please tell me what to do......help me. ...

hey! I am an october filer. there were a lot of us.

did you get transferred to csc?

I got approved on wednesday and I think most of us were already approved. pecky was approved last night.. im not sure who is still out there...

if your case did not get transferred to csc i would call and find out why

1-17-08 NOA-1

8-6-08 MOVED TO CSC

8-20-08 Approved!

8-25-08 Received at NVC

8-28-08 DS-3032 emailed

9-5-08 Paid AOS bill online

10-8-08 Paid IV bill online

10-17-08 RFE, DS230

10-28-08 CASE COMPLETE!

2-19-09 INTERVIEW 8:30am, APPROVED

I think you should call the VSC and ask what is going on with your file

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

BIOMETERICS 4/29/11

WAITING APPROVAL

I'm an October filer. I filed on October 11. I just found out yesterday that my application is being sent to California. I guess they are too busy smoking pot and eating Ben and Jerry's ice cream to process any applications in Vermont.

August 24 2007 - Married in Tokyo

October 11 2007 - Sent I-130

October 12 2007 - Received by Vermont office

January 12 2008 - Check cashed

February 24 2008 - I-130 available online

August 22 2008 - Transferred to California Office

September 24 2008 - I-130 Approved!

October 4 2008 - NVC Received

October 11 2008 - Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

October 11 2008 - Pay I-864 Bill

October 16 2008 - Return Completed I-864

October 17 2008 - Return Completed DS-3032

October 23 2008 - Receive IV Bill

October 23 2008 - Pay IV Bill

November 5 2008 - Case Completed at NVC

October filer here... Was moved to CSC on 08/06/08. Still nothing and the frustration is at a record high.

08/06/08- Transfered from Vermont to California

08/12/08- Touched

08/25/08- Touched

08/26/08- Approved

OCTOBER FILER WITH VERMONT. MY FILE WAS T/F TO CSC ON 8/13/08. GOT APPROVAL ON 8/22/08. THERE IS NOT A CONCRETE ANSWER TO GIVE. GIVE THEM A CALL AND HEAR WHAT THEY SAY. THEY HAVE NOT UPDATED THE PROCESSING TIME. IT IS STILL SAYING JULY 15. JUST DO NOT GIVE UP ON HOPE.
