I love NVC, but i;m on my period right now i dont feel like making love to NVC.

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

08/29/08 IV bill "PAID" status (AVR says , they received DS3032)

08/29/08 DS-230 generated

09/02/08 DS-230 and required documents mailed

09/03/08 DS-230 form arrives at NVC per usps

09/04/08 DS-230 information entered into NVC system

09/15/08 CASE COMPLETE(32 days no RFE)

10/15/08 sent to consulate

11/10/08 Medical PASSED

11/18/08 Interview....VISA GRANTED ...

2008-08-13 : Filed Transferred from VSC to CSC

2008-08-14, 21, 22, 25 and 9/4 : Touched

2008-09-04 : I-130 NOA2 (Approved) Your I-130 was approved in 286 days from your filing date.

2008-09-05: Touched again

2008-09-09: I-130 NOA2 (hardcopy received)

NVC

2008-09-09 : NVC Received and Case Number Assigned

2008-09-16 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2008-09-17: DS-3032 sent (by USPS and email)

2008-09-20: IIN received in Mail

2008-09-20 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

2008-09-24 : AOS bill PAID and cover sheet printed & AOS package sent to NVC

2008-09-24 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted

2008-09-24 : IV bill paid and accepted on the 25th

2008-09-26 : AOS package received by NVC

2008-10-01 : Called today and was told that the AOS entered into NVC system and processed without errors

2008-10-20 : DS-230 sent to NVC

2008-10-23 : DS-230 entered into NVC system

2008-10-27 : RFE sent had issues with the marriage certificate and PCC

2008-11-25 : case complete at NVC

I just got my case number NVC, they received my case on Sept 2, 2008

oh man this is going quick

I want to continue to be quick

anyone out there with any kind of info please help me I am desperate,

Kathleen...be very quiet around here. There's some guy from someplace called Kosova that's been waiting for his NVC number. You don't wanna piss him off.

After you've read that, and updated your timeline, do EVERYTHING Nimche says do. Even if he says put your right foot on the red circle...do it.

Again, welcome...this is a fast paced place...read some of our pitfalls, and then avoid them. You'll be fine.

O, I know you are the "good guy" probably but I meant it is available to DL from the net.

And, The DS-230 is going to be mailed tomorrow (2008/09/06)!!!

This Monday (2008/09/08), The NVC is going to have all Our Documentation!!

And Then, Waiting Time!!!

The NVC Process is almost Done!!!!

Thats GREAT :thumbs: ...I hope to be where you are by the end of next week...I'm sending off the I-864 package tomorrow (timing it so it arrives Monday morning instead of Sunday, signature required) I'm also hoping they accept the COA that was e-mailed soon so the IV fee can be generated and final package (DS-230) sent...I hate paperwork and I am looking forward to getting all this out of the way... good luck

Can't believe the AVR is actually up to date for our case.

Says they're waiting for biographical information (DS-230).

This also indicates that they've received the AOS (I-864).

IF we had the PCC, we'd be up there with CHD and Babybebita (you go girls).

NOTE- wifEy has decided that I'm "Ling Ling" and she is "Ring Ring" (Asians will understand).

So Ring Ring will pick up PCC one week from today, and head home to Ling Ling.

Ling Ling will look over IV Package and hopefully put it in the mail on Saturday.

Ring Ring and Ling Ling will then be offline for at least a week. :-)

Ring Ring and Ling Ling will NOT think about petitions or visas....but wish happy thoughts to all our friends on VJ.
