Oh man, I'm starting to feel like a slow-azz failure!

I130 was approved on Aug 11th. I called sooooooo many times and always (to this day) the AVR has no record. An operator on 8/26 told me it got there on Aug. 22, but nothing generated and no IIN.

I cannot get thru to anyone. Many of you have paid ALL the fees and I haven't even started a thing yet

Our case arrived at NVC on the same day yours did, I would suggest calling them ASAP and speak with an operator, I would think they have already generated your DS-3032 form and AOS bill, also get your IIN (invoice identification number) this will either be easy or difficult, but not impossible...once you do that you'll be able to make up alot of ground and put you in the "thick of things" on the spreadsheet...good luck

You need your IIN to start paying online payments. Don't you feel that you are behind because you aren't but you better start calling and get your IIN ASAP. They are open till midnight EST.

Good Luck

Jackie (F)

Jackie, Jackie, Jackie....

It's kind of like going from Junior High (USCIS) to High School (NVC)

You spent a LONG time moving up the ranks in USCIS....you moved to the top...and then you graduated (USCIS Petition Approval).

Well that graduation day was so damned exciting...you cried, you laughed, you called all your friends.

Then you start NVC at the bottom. You've left most of your friends behind, you have to meet new people, you don't know your way around.

It's a normal feeling....a big let-down after the excitement of NOA2.

But don't worry, graduation comes pretty soon around here....and THEN you get to go on an endless Prom Night with your Husband.

Hang in there...and good luck.

NVC receieved today but they wouldn't give me the IIN number. I guess I can email the DS3032 now?

Welcome....See post #293

The spreadsheet is updated with so many things that I'm not going to detail them all. Thats what I get for going MIA for a couple days. :)

I had no trouble logging into the payment site tonight, and yes, I think more often than not when I log in or switch pages in that site I get someone else's case. Something else that I want to point out to those who have just paid or will soon pay their fees (because no one told me), in case you haven't read the entire thread: The day after you make your payment the status may change from 'In Process' back to 'Not Paid'. There is nothing wrong with your payment! Do NOT pay it again or 2 payments will process (I speak from personal experience here  ). Just wanted to make sure no one panics if they see this.

CHD thank you for updating the spreadsheet! Did you call to see if your AOS package has been entered in a system? I just called, and even it was received yesterday morning, they don't see it in a system yet... You sent it earlier, so I am wondering how long it takes to be entered.
