Update:

Finally Wify was able to go to the Italian Consualte for the 10th times and they accepted her application. They said that it will be ready in about 10 days. So I am going ahead to but flight ticket.

I am buying one for here from San Diego to Berlin and Berlin to San Diego and she will only use the flight back. Some people said its fraud but I can't find anything in this regard.

We are going to Naples and then we will go to berlin and come back together.

Any comments will be cool.

buying a round trip ticket in most cases is definately cheaper...no doubt...but, if i am not mistaken, you can only get away with that when and if the first "leg" of the trip is used and not the second...i am sure someone else can correct me if i am wrong (which has only happened once when i filled out a I-864 way back in sept. of 2008)...nimche, congrats bro...we are all getting close to INTERVIEW time, i'm kinda getting a little anxious for the upcoming date...this whole ride through immigration citizenship has been hell to say the least...what is everyone else planning on bringing to the interview???? pics, phone cards, emails...etc???

To my interview I'll be bringing our our wedding photo book, birthday/anniversary/valentine's day cards, flight itineraries, moneygram receipts, and 14 months worth of phone records showing 1-4hr conversations nearly every day. Only thing I'm a little concerned about is post-wedding pictures of the 2 of us. We have exactly 5, and 2 of those are practically the same, so technically only 3 (yeah we're a little camera shy). I figure with everything else it shouldn't be a huge issue. Would be nice if we had more, but 3's better than 0, right?

i was never smart enough to save my flight tickets, but am relying on my passport stamps to verify that....I saved maybe half of all the phone cards used to call her, which is quite ALOT...we also have emails, greeting cards sent to each other and out of the 600+ pics, 325 pics we plan on bringing to the interview...375 if you want to take in to factor the other pics that are "for our eyes only" ...we wont talk of the videos :devil:

We never thought to save tickets either. All we have are the itineraries saved to my Expedia account from booking them online.

Hey Lars - Thanks for trying....stop stressing over the interview. She'll be fine (especially knowing you're in the building). :)

CHD -I've already have one from my favourite country to the North of the USA. Thanks...and hope you're calmer too. :)

Nimche - Sounds like you're getting close sir....close to spending a boat-load of money.

I had the same #######, just be patient, and they'll complete it soon.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

ok update: called this morning the operator Dee had to put me on hold for a little bit when she returned she said that my case has been sent to a supervisor for final review on Oct 24th... I said "Dee i've called everyday, last week an operator told me it was going to a supervisor but when i called back they said no" she said she was sooo sorry and she can see that i've called everyday (further confirms they document our calls) and that the others just haven't taken the "time to read the notes" she also said give the supervisor 10-15 days to review my "final review"

Whaaaaaaaat is haaaaapppening!!!!!!!!!

I call everyday too :)

When i call tomorrow if they tell me that they received it yesterday I am gonna totally call them on it!

No news so far.

We are still waiting for her Visa to Europe and I stopped spending dollars. I hate to spend too much.

Immigration is my first expense target.

Master, you are done and consider it this way
