DS3032/I-864 confusion

I got IIN couple of days ago, today i checked online its says AOS feechanged from "NOT INVOICED "to " NOT PAID".so i paid today then it said "IN PROCESS "..but when i checked AVR (nvc) it still says "NVC received case .....wait for 6-8 weeks ..etc"it does not say AOS fee/DS3032 is generated ..did i do anything wrong ? or AVR is not updated or wat .i know today is friday.So when can i mail AOS package /DS3032?do i need wait until AVR says its generated ? or follow online payment processing?

Anyone experienced similar situation?

08/15/08 Received NOA2 hardcopy

NVC Journey

08/13/08 NVC case# assigned

08/19/08 DS-3032 e mail sent and got auto response

08/20/08 Received IIN#(one nice rep gave me number)

08/22/08 paid I-864 bill online

08/23/08 I-864 bill status "PAID" online(saturday) but AVR message says " case number assigned ....blah

08/23/08 Printed out I-864 package online and Barcode sheet

08/25/08 I-864 package sent overnight

08/25/08 DS3032 Hardcopy sent by express mail (Hopefully they accept it ..But AVR says AOS fee received/paid on 08/23/08)

08/26/08 I-864 package received per USPS

08/28/08 I-864 package entered into NVC system

08/27/08 NVC accepted DS-3032 (But AVR does not say that)

08/28/08 IV bill generated ( still AVR does NOT say that) but online INVOICE says "NOT PAID"

08/28/08 IV bill paid online "IN PROCESS" status

08/29/08 IV bill "PAID" status (AVR says , they received DS3032)

08/29/08 DS-230 generated

09/02/08 DS-230 and required documents mailed

09/03/08 DS-230 form arrives at NVC per usps

09/04/08 DS-230 information entered into NVC system

09/15/08 CASE COMPLETE(32 days no RFE)

10/15/08 sent to consulate

11/10/08 Medical PASSED

11/18/08 Interview....VISA GRANTED ...

US..

11/29/08 ..POE at Houston

12/15/08 ..Welcome letter

12/16/08 ..SSN received

12/29/08 Green card received

I think you are fine, the payment portal says "invoiced" means the AOS fee bill has been generated, but the AVR hasn't been updated yet.

The next update on the AVR will tell you AOS fee bill and DS-3032 are generated. It's usually updated on Tue and Sat.

08/28 Submitted civil docs & paid $400 IV fee. Visa Interview & approved !!!

08/29 Visa in hand

09/30 POE IR1 visa interview took 166 days from the I-130 filing date (expedited).

10/04 Applied for SSN in married name.

11/11 Welcome notice received (dated 11/04)

11/15 Received Green card.

11/21 2nd Welcome notice received (dated 11/13)

11/24 Received SS card in maiden name.

The AVR tends to be a little delayed in reporting activity on the case...at least in my experience.

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

Update today (saturday) ...I checked online today it says AOS fee "PAID" ..was able to print document page with barcode? Can I mail I-864 and DS 3032 on monday(8/25)by express mail? But AVR still says Case assigned ..blah..blah ...wait 6-8 weeks etc It does not say AOS and DS3032 generated? Do i need to wait till AVR updated?
