I emailed my DS-3032 and paid for my I-864 Bill online. I got my bar code sheet on Saturday and printed it off because the status showed paid. Then on Monday I overnight the I-864 and on Tuesday they received it. I have not yet received my DS-3032 acceptance or I do not hear on NVC AVR that my I-864 was received. It just keeps saying your AOS FEE BILL was received on 8/16/2008. Also, the DS-230 is on its way from India to my house so that I can get ready for that. Do I need to be worried about anything at this stage. Thank You.

It can take upto 2 weeks after you email NVC for them to reply. Did you get an autoresponse when you emailed them? They will not enter the I-864 info until they are finished with processing it. NVC sometimes doesn't update the AVR quickly enough. You just get all the required documents ready. Check on Saturday, they update info on Tuesday and Saturdays. Good luck.

Can you help me how to access online to NVC? thank you

I'm not sure what exactly you're asking for... The NVC doesn't have an online case status like USCIS does. However, you do have the choice to pay your fees online, kind of.

To pay fees online you need to call the NVC and speak to an operator to get your IIN. This seems to be getting very difficult as many operators refuse to give it, but with persistence you should be able to get that.

Once you have it, you go to https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx and sign in using your NVC case number and IIN. Once your fees are posted, you can pay them using a bank account routing number.

Hope that helps!

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter
