im going to send my DS230 to my hubby.. what are the requirements and documents i should send with that form? i need help with this..thank u all

IR-5 for dad

02/16/12 - mailed I-130

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

You have to send your filled-up & signed DS230, & your child's DS230 too. both of your birth certificate from NSO, marriage certificate from NSO, NBI clearance, Police Certificate ( if you lived more than 6 months from other country), photocopy of your passport data sheet, (2) 2x2 passport size id picture...i think that's all! :D

NO you wont have to do this since she can travel to the US with her US passport. DS-230 (Immigrant Visa Application), literally, it means its only for those individuals wishing to enter the US as a legal Immigrant..your daughter is USC, so NO DS-230 needed.

i guess thats an excellent idea rather than waiting for wednesday to come. just make sure your huband prints it clearly.

no need xylide..i just submitted a photocopy of my passport's biographic page and we never had any problem with NVC after they recieved it. only the biographic page is needed, so relax.. :thumbs:

as long as you have submitted all necessary documents they've asked, then there's no need to worry about getting an RFE. once they recieve it and they see no reason to issue an RFE, they will enter the infos to their system. i'd say expect an approvel within 1-2weeks time..isn't it great knowing you're ALMOST done? lol... :star:

it is!! and so excited to be home... ^_^ how bout the ds230?i read some of members got RFE from their ds230 like they left some infos blank..
