MAking and interview appointment at USEM

hi vjers..its been a while since we got our mnl case number, and according to DHL tracking our packet has just arrived at usem mnl 10:50am today..is it possible for my fiance to call usem to set my interview appointment? he tried to call earlier but just told him that our case wasnt encoded in their system yet..how come that in some cases they allow it even if usem hvnt received their packet from NVC yet?? could my fiance make a call tomorrow(saturday)?? just wanna make sure so we'll not spend a lot from making calls...thanks!

hi there, usem is close during saturdays. give it a week after they received the hardcopy of your case. you may want to call grace first at 632-3012000 local 5184 or 5185 and ask if you are already elligible for interview so you will not waste money calling the call center. good luck!

Give it 3 to 5days before scheduling an interview,coz USEM have to encode ur case to their system first.Call center are open Monday to Friday only.They are not open on Monday bcoz due to the holiday.

Eventhough the call center number is 1-888 and 1-909,their time is still Philippine time.

When ka pa-interview??Mine is on Sept.29.Good luck sa atin.

BLUEMIST: we're still planning for the date of my interview..probably 3rd week of sept..from 14-21...id like it to be on the 29th para sabay tau ni pretty in pink...but we'r adjusting the dates for some reasons..hehehe...but il kip u informed guyz..sana mn lng kahit sa medical sabay tau..Goodluck to us!!! hi trin! i received ur text last week ba yun lol! nag reply ako pero d ko alam kung natanggap mo kasi ung mom ko nagrereklamo na din minsan d nya matanggap ung mga text ko using ung roaming ko na smart pero sa iba ok naman..
