what time is that number open? the 1-909-101-7878 number?

hi there they are open 8AM-6PM Mon-Fri. you may want to call grace or lorraine first at 632-301200 local 5184 or 5185 and ask if you are already elligible for interview so you won't waste money calling the call center only to find out that you are not yet elligible for interview. good luck!

hi there.. i did call loraine already, and they said i can call for appointment on my interview, and i got letter from embassy too stating i can call for interview, i try to call many time the call center number, but its still not in service....are they having problem with their connections right now? does anyone here try to call today?

oh i see. maybe they are having problem right now. you may try to call later or ask your fiance to call them instead. maybe the US line is working

Yes, the number that you have is right.

In my case, I called them around 8AM and i was able to talk to one of the agent and I never had a hard time calling them.

I just wanna ask if you used PLDT landline when you called them or SMART Sim num? caz they are the ONLY ones that you can use in calling the call center.
