You are not welcomed paciencia! No one is ever welcomed in this forum, but we are glad to help you through this difficult part of the process. You are in a forum where we know your pain, but can feel the elation when you are finally approved. I will continue to support this thread, because it is the most difficult and frustrating part of the process.

I learned and grew a lot through this process. Everyone can use a little work around dealing wiht one day at a time. Stay strong and possitve. Your AP is almost done.

and, 10 some months later, still on AP! Still sad, still trying to numb desires to plan beyond the next day, but still in close touch, still hanging in there, and still hopeful.

Hello Mohamed,

I do not know what you mean by touched? Where were you touched?

Have you tried calling the DOS to see if there has been any updates to your case?

I had 3 DHL tracking hits which means they touched my case 3 times at the USA embassy .

i will try to explain my self . every time someone touch my case at the embassy the DHL update my case with a new date and new time which is the same day and time they touched my case . so i think its good sign cause it means they are working on my case and at least its not collecting dust LOL

yeah i called DOS and they said its the same . nothing change .

Thank you so much for your reply .

have a nice blessed day

Thank you so much for your encouragement! I have to say that it is hard to see the end of the tunnel sometimes and imagine life after AP. Is it easy to get used to real-life conversations, not just bad-quality-internet chats? I imagine it won't all be easy and automatic, but in general just wonderful.

One question, to the experts :) This week I called the DOS (I usually do every few weeks, or whenever I feel like I just need to do something, even if it is useless), and a voice I hadn't heard before said my case had been "updated" on March 11th. She wouldn't tell me anything more. What does that mean? Nothing? This is the first time they have said anything about any updates.. I'm sorry if this is repetitive, as I remember reading a thread about this a few months ago, but can't find it and can't remember the answer!

Ok guys its me again .

I have a question for you .

Well I called DOS to ask them if my case stills in Cairo or they sent it back to USA .

I found out that it stills in Cairo and a friend of my who had his interview before me asked them if his case still in Cairo or they sent it back to USA they said yeah they did and they sent it back to USA .

someone told me its a good sign cause they didn't send it back to USA . cause when they send it back to USA it might take long time maybe 3-4months .

so i want to know your opinion about that guys .

Thank you so much .

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

Sorry I know you are anxious but you are grasping for straws just relax if your AP is over within 60 days you will be lucky if not settle in for the long haul. Calling writing and second guessing what is happening will not rush or change anything AP is what it is ........it wears on your nerves but there is nothing to do or say but just wait it out ...... like riding the big wave in ........just by looking at the tracker and of course that doesn"t show all the cases but some are pending for a year or more think about these people ........ take it easy your time will come and hopefully mine will too Oh yes take it for what it is my case is still in Ukraine since 7/15/2008 is that a good sign???????
