Text format to validate deposit payment for DELBROS

Hi guys! it's me again... i want to ask about the text format for DELBROS, in order for them to identify & validate my payment do i have to enter the name of my son too, or my name only (i am the primary applicant)...do i need to pay for my son's DV too or mine only? :blush:
