IMPORTANT NOTICE TO IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICANTS CONCERNING VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

United States immigration law requires immigrant visa applicants to obtain certain vaccinations (listed below) prior to the issuance of an immigrant visa. Panel physicians who conduct medical examinations of immigrant visa applicants are required to verify that immigrant visa applicants have met the vaccination requirements, or that it is medically inappropriate for the visa applicant to receive one or more of the listed vaccinations:

-- Acellular pertussis

-- Hepatitis A

-- Hepatitis B

-- Human papillomavirus (HPV)

-- Influenza

-- Influenza type b (Hib)

-- Measles

-- Meningococcal

-- Mumps

-- Pneumococcal

-- Pertussis

-- Polio

-- Rotovirus

-- Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids

-- Varicella

-- Zoster

In order to assist the panel physican, and to avoid delays in the processing of an immigrant visa, all immigrant visa applicants should have their vaccination records available for the panel physician's review at the time of the immigrant medical examination. Visa applicants should consult with their regular health care provider to obtain a copy of their immunization record, if one is available. If you do not have a vaccination record, the panel physician will work with you to determine which vaccinations you may need to meet the requirement. Certain waivers of the vaccination requirement are available upon the recommendation of the panel physician. Only a physician can determine which of the listed vaccinations are medically appropriate for you, given your age, medical history and current medical condition. For more detailed information, please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Panel Physician Technical Instructions for Vaccination.

Tons of places to eat, but him and his friends wanted to cook and cook they did and had a little party. They staff was cool and laid back.

We just got a standard room and ate upstairs at the dinning area for our meals. Whatever they had made was very good. The staff was nice.

ATTENTION current FILERS!!!!! If you are going through the process now, fill out the DS-230 pt 1 and have the Jamaican sign it next time you see him/her! Scan it so you have an electronic copy. That way, when it's time, you can send in the scanned copy with the signature & save a trip to Kingston to drop it off.

I liked this hotel because of the price, but I researched this shooting Dillon mentions. http://www.nzherald.co.nz/jamaica/news/art...jectid=10583835

Guess I'll be paying a lot more to stay at the Hilton or Christar Villas.

Not a big fan of resorts, but;

"Sunset Beach Resort and Spa" (Montego Bay) GREAT if you have young kids...waterpark is great (will post pictures later)...cause mi no membah ow fi do it

warning: if you can't swim, they have signs posted all over the place that "no lifeguard on duty" -- I didn't like that, so be CAREFUL and watch you kids.

Food: YUCK (but I think it's because it's the yard in mi)

Entertainment: Okay

Kids Club: FABULOUS/WONDERFUL Staff

Book the waterpark room it's near the waterpark and the beach can be noisy if you want to sleep during the day, but if you have kids (you'll love it)

There is another property in Ocho (Jamaica Grande)....HATED IT
