My friend is asking me what status will she put in if she's annuled. I am not sure so I posted it here. Hope to hear from you guys.

8. Other Surnames Used (Maiden, Religious, Professional, Aliases)

9. Other First and Middle Names Used

17. Marital Status

What should she fill on those questions since she's annuled?

8. If she used her ex's last name,that'll be the one that she'll write on it,i dont know if nicknames apply here,i wrote it just the same since i used it on our chats and emails.

9. If she didnt use any first or middle name,just write NONE

10. I checked divorced since Single is for those who have never been married before.

I checked single since the marriage was annulled and void. The embassy knows that there is no divorce in the Philippines. I am now here in the US

You have a point too. I wonder what happen to her interview. I sent her sms today and still i don't get response from her. Maybe she's still at the embassy right now.
