To text Delbros: [iN ALL CAPS]: USE/CASE NO./LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME/BRANCH NAME/DATE OF DEPOSIT/TIME OF DEPOSIT/AMOUNT DEPOSIT

For example - USE/MNL123456789/DELA CRUZ, JUAN PABLO SANTOS/MANDAUE CITY/11NOV2007/11:45AM/PHP650

Send it to this number: (0917) 5555­-313

Then U will receive this text: "Delbros has succesfully received the information you sent! We will send you a text confrimation after we verify your payment.Thank you."

Confirmation text: "This is to acknowledge the deposit you made.We confirm your payment to the document verification as required by the US Embassy.Thank you."

I paid my DV June 10,2008.,text Delbros right away when I left MetroBank.I called Delbros June 17 spoke to Robbie,he said they transmitted my DV request form to NSO on June 16...that means Delbros transfer DV request form every Monday.

If u want to just text them to ask if they forwarded ur DV request form to NSO,Here's how:

MNL2008XXXXXX,Ur full name,date when DV paid followed by ur message regarding if they forwarded ur request form to NSO and send to this number 0917-6221949.To call them 02-3392761

To call NSO..have ur fiancee to call 02-9267333 look for Mr.Richard.NSO release and send DV result to USEM every Friday.
