Oh boy....anxiety through the roof!

When I was in the kitchen this morning the Embassy called about my case and I totally missed it! They left a message. No number....no name....but say they will call back later and want to know if I will come there tomorrow morning to get packet 3 (of course I will!). Oh lord...please let them call back soon before I flip out.

Relax, lol, at least they left a message. If they don't call back, you can always go anyway. But I'm more than sure they'll call back.

USCIS TIMELINE

 I know I need to relax...I'm going nuts over here. Now I'm going to be sleeping, working and doing everything inbetween with this darn phone.

Good idea about going there anyway. If they don't call back I'll go there at the time they said and let a guard listen to my phone message so they'll let me in (even though I'll then have to leave the phone outside). Till then my stomach is doing flip flops (or maybe it's just my breakfast going down)...hehehe

Thanks guys....I'm so sorry. I was writing hubby an email...I'm so excited!

They gave me a date...September 2nd! I don't know what time yet and I still have to go pick up the packet and get a bunch of stuff done including the medical, police certs and what not. It's going to be a busy few weeks coming up. But thank God, thank our senators office and thank VJ and all it's members for helping to get us this far.

Just need to try and stay calm and get everything done before the date.

The person who called gave me a bit of info I think I should share. Apparently they only do Immigrant Visa Interviews on Tuesdays. No wonder it's taking so long....only 1 day a week!!!???

I don't know if this info can help anyone but I thought I'd pass it on.
