Yeah..snow is great but not really..it is so hard to function.. it is just nice to touch it but if you live in a snow place, you'll be wanting to go back to the Philippines.

When I was in Texas, they just have just what you called slit.. when it rains and the wind blew the rainfall becomes snow.. bigla yelo na ang tubig sa kalsada... And I couldnt really function well outside.. i had headache in between my eyes.. the kind of feeling you have when you drink a super cold water.

the first time i came here ( 2001), the first thoughts in my head was.. "nasa US na ako!" and since it was spring then, i remember thinking how cold it was during that time as compared to Manila

First thing that came in my mind when I came here in the US: It's very cold and was amazed to see the snow around me

The things I had in my mind before coming to the US: I'll be with my hubby soon and will finally end 8 years of being apart
