The latest news on Henia as of today:

She's still at home. They gave her an injection to get things going, but they said Wed or Thursday she should have had the baby. She said things are going slowly so she's going in tomorrow to get checked.

Wasn't this said days ago? :unsure:

Sounds like the same report but this was reported today. I will check again tomorrow. The person posting this info has direct contact with her within Algeria. :thumbs:

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

I hope Ms. Beasleys contact gets us an update today. I would imagine Henia doesn't have WiFi to keep us updated like Kat did :unsure: so we will have to rely on the old fashioned method. Knowing she is TWO weeks overdue with still possible high BP (haven't heard otherwise on that part) has me concerned.

Does someone have a cell they can call to check on Henia???

I do have her cell phone number as she was sweet enough to give it to me so when I was in Algeria I would have and American contact. I do not really know her though.

I do not feel comfortable contacting her.......

Does anyone know her better than I do that would be willing to contact her?

Ooops ... I should have read a little further ... it looks like we do have report from her or about her .. Thank God it sounds like things are OK!!

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Henia had her baby this morning. A boy. :dance: Momma and baby are doing fine.

Thank God for that. I had been praying for her and will continue to do so. She must be so tired and weak from all of this.

Happy to hear that the baby was born BUT I too thought she was expecting a girl. :unsure: I hope they are both doing well.
