K3 I-134: Only one year of tax return is it enough?

I did not have any income in 2005-2006, and did not file a tax return.

In 2007 I earned $51,000, this year my salary + bonus is expected to be $71000.

I have $65,000 in cash accounts and also own a two-bedroom coop apartment.

Is this 100% safe? Or should I use my mother as co-support? I-134 does not specify where and how to involve a co-support. I didn't see anywhere on the form where I can fill this in.

06/24/07 - Met my wife through an online game

09/06/07 - Married in Shanghai, China

09/24/07 - I130 sent to VSC

01/07/08 - I130 NOA1 (3.5 months!)

01/08/08 - I129F sent to VSC

01/17/08 - I129F NOA1 received

02/24/08 - I129F touched

03/10/08 - I130 touched

05/01/08 - Wedding in Henan, China

06/15/08 - I130/I129F approved (5 months!)

For I-134 you are only required to have last year's tax return and W-2.

You may be required to submit last 3 years [i-130] to NVC or when she adjusts status [K3]. Better to have a co sponsor.

Looks like you submited the I-130 before you married?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Done for 3 years or 10 years. Haven't decided yet.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

last years tax return worked for me, you might want to include copies of a couple bank statements as well as a copy of your home deed. Its when your adjusting status you might need 3 copies for proof. As long as you have assets that are worth more then the minimun income requierements you will be fine.
