do you think VSC dates will change this week as far as processing CR-1? will it remain at september 07 or move ahead to october or november? or will they push it back to July? what do you think?

They should move up as long as they keep approving older petitions. The bad thing is they're time tables are not very reliabe and their dates are just a ballpark number. If you want a more accurate time table you can do a timeline search and see how long it took other members going through the VSC to get approved.

The date will show Nov. 1, 2008.

Just watch the VSC web site on Aug. 15.

even if they changed their dates to oct , my petition was filed feb which still makes it about 4 months of waiting some more and even then, we dont know if they are gonna work on it :crying::crying::crying:

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX
