My fiancee in USA collected bank letter and employers letter next day she got NOA2 but it has been 3 weeks she has not made I-134 - affidavit of support form yet...naturally she has not sent me any these documents...so I could not send return them any documents about my readiness for interview....

so we are wondering

1.if bank letter and emplyers' letter dates should be closer to affidavit of support form signing date?

or 3 weeks time difference is ok between these documents?

2.if these documents dated 2-3 months before date to actual interview date) is ok or it has be closer to interview date?

I collected my employment letter about the time i got my noa2; by the time i sent my affidavit of support to my fiance, about 6 weeks had passed from the time of when the employment letter was issued; by the time my fiance showed up for the interview, about 9 weeks had passed since the original issue of the employment letter. Don't know if there is a specific timeline guideline, but my documents were 2 months plus old by the interview took place; i think at 3 months you should still be ok.

They should all be dated as close to the interview date as practical. No need to date the same day or week as they come from different sources.
