As we enter in the week of August 11, I can only hope that VJ members waiting since Jan and Feb start getting their approvals in this time. If this doesn't happen, then I'd rather give up any hope I have and prepare myself for a December 08 approval, as sad it sounds!

God help us all at VSC! (F)

I've been hoping for a December interview date. If I get that I'll be happy. It's not looking so good though.

Maybe they spent last week packing up all those petitions to send them to CSC. They sure weren't spending their time approving K-3s I hope they get going on them.

i dont know if this is a stupid question or what but does vsc have only 1 person working on I130's? from what i imagine, this person works on one petition for the whole week and then goes to another petition the next week and so on... does anybody know anything about this?

I do hope to see approvals of those who filed ahead of us.. So we could expect ours afterwards..

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

I am really confused. I just got off the phone with uscis and they tell me they are working on sept 07 for I130 and jan 08 for I29F. Visa journey has totally different dates. which is right?

The true date for VSC is probably somewhere in between of what USCIS says and what Visa Journey says. I think VJ is more accurate, since it's based on real life information. I think VSC is slowly processing the Feb filers right now...based on the approval trends. Please note that there are left over Jan filers in the list as well. If the recent move to CSC from VSC is any indication of a good sign, we should see all pending Jan and Feb filers getting approved this month. If this doesn't happen, I don't know what else to assume!

I really relly hope that VSC start sending approval for jan/feb filers.

It's too long now. Me and my husband are starting to loose hope.

We get into arguement almost everyday cause of VSC. I should have filed in India than here if i only knew how useles and laziness VSC is.

I hate this whole process. If I don't get approval within 2 weeks, then that's it. I will fly to VSC and demand my approval and won't leave till they approva for all of us!!!!!

:) reehon, trust me, we are going through the same despair and fear that if this continues it will damage our mental health!

However, on the positive note, try to divert your mind away from this sh*t and you'll have your approval in no time. It's very difficult for me to stay away from Anu as well and I can relate to how you feel. This week might be your week. Hang on! :D

CJ Vasani: Thanks for your support. I really need it. I miss my husband so much and so does he. Now, he ask me almost everyday about the approval, all i tell him that he'll get his visa very soon. But its torturing for me specially after marriage and lived with only a month and half and then 8 months of isolation.

C'mon VSC, it time to send some approval. People are suffering in here.

I agree with CJ about the processing dates. I think VSC is processing most february filers now. So this means they could start most march filers next month... That would be 6 months waiting. But... they do not actually follow the order so some of us may be approved before or after those dates... I guess the 6 months average waiting time is what we should expect. :(

I was hoping for a faster approval but now I'm kinda convinced that we'll get ours in september...
