I've heard it taking 2 weeks for some.

I agree... give it time... I got mine over a month after they received my application.

Mailed N-400 March 6th via priority certified mail and Rec'd 9th (confirmation by USPS)

NOA rec'd: 3/19/2009 (date 3/16/2009, priority 3/9/2009)

Biometrics rec'd 3/26/2009, appt 4/9/2009

ID: 07/06/2009

Oath: 07/16/2009

SSN updated: 7/16/2009 (not received yet)

The sense of urgency is gone for me with the filing of this form. Not at all what I felt with the others.

Hang in there.

I agree... give it time... I got mine over a month after they received my application.

When and where did you file? I just sent mine in Wednesday.

I filed at TSC (~ 1st april)... and was transferred to VSC 14th April... and I got my NOA1 at the end of May (which is dated May 13th for the notice date and April 13th for my receipt date), but never got the letter that stated I was transferred. I only know because I checked online (which says they sent a letter).

I actually got mu biometrics letter first (April 22nd) for my biometrics to be done May 10th.

Now every so often I get an email saying my case is transfered, some not saying to where, others saying to VSC...

The funny thing is I got two NOA1, but none sent directly to me, but rather my attorney... weird!

If you have been reading any of the threads about this subject, you would know that it averages about two weeks for the NOA1. Relax, you got the paperwork in. Just hope you don't get an RFE.

Take a deep breath, the ROC process can take a while.

I got my NOA right away (much sooner than expected) when I filed with the VSC but now I'm waiting longer than normal for the biometrics appointment letter. It seems they're going to slow you down one way or another!!!

My file is at VSC - sent there from TSC, and I still do not have an NOA - that's 5 months after I filed.

I know they have my file, and I've done my Biometrics... I even have a passport stamp... but no NOA yet.

I wouldn't panic that you haven't got an NOA when it's only been 6 days!
