do the Call center need the passport?

Hi VJ family, Just want to ask everyone if when getting an appointment for an interview do the call center ask the passport number? Grace of USEM told me that i need my passport to be renewed before calling the call center but i had reaad a post here that the agent of call center didn't asked for her passport number....

please help...

hi sis,

In my case the agent asked my passport number. She also asked for the MNL Case Number, my birthday, home address, telephone number and Email address. Good Luck!

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

Wish ko sanang itry to call kanina after kong nabasa yong post ng isang member yong passport ko kc sa tuesday ko pa makukuha 7 working days pala kala ko 1 week lang..lol.. Aantayin ko na lang tuesday.. pano pala tatawag sa call center? ginamit ko cp ko kanina di pwede..

Your hubby can call to schedule u interview appointment...much cheaper coz they will use the $18 pin.Some people here it up to 3 calls only...but my fiancee used it for 5 calls now and still he can use it.

Pag ikaw tatawag its 50pesos per minute ata.
