Please help me fill up this form..Im confused as what is the appropriate answer.Btw im annulled...and i have a relative in the us should i diclose that info?

Q.17.Marital status?im annulled should i put SInge (never married) or divorced?btw on my g325a i put single considering annulment is granted which means void abnitio(as if marriage never existed)..please clarify..what should i put?thnks

Q.18.Spouses name(even if divorced .separated include maiden name?

should i put my ex spouse's name??

Q.34..Names and relationship of persons travelling with you?

My son is on K2 visa and my fiance will come pick me up when its time for us to leave the country.Should i put both their names ?or it only ask for person included on my visa which is k2 and that would be my son..

Q.36.Has Anyone ever filedan immigrant visa petition on your behalf?yes or no?

should i answer no considering K1 fiance visa is a NONIMMIGRANT VISA (please enlighten me)

Q.37 are any of the ff persons in the us or do they have legal permanent residence or us citizenship.

Should i just click on fiance/then put UScitizen or USC??

Q 17 divorced (you are considered divorce, though no divorce in PI but your 1st marriage was annuled)

Q 18 yes, put your ex-husband name (there are question also when was the date of married and termination of the marriage.

Q 34 your son only

Q 36 no if no one filed or petition for you before

Q 37 yes, just click fiance-US citizen

Q 39 no if you're the one who is filling out the application
