I see many people stating Email DS3032. what in the world that mean.

Does it mean your spouse download the form, signed it,scanned it and then send it by email.

Does it mean you the petitioner download the form, scanned it then send it without a signature by email.

Does it mean your spouse, signed it overseas then sent it to you by mail and you then scanned it and send by email.

Does it mean you the petitioner or the spouse downloaded it to you computer then sent it by email without a signature

you dont scan anything and email there is a format of the sample email in loto guides..i copied it below so u can check it out

ya u can do it yourself, but it took NVC 14 days to respond to my email of ds-3032..i had to send my hard copy because email was just taking so long...
