G'morning, all. Gonna be close to 100 again today with thunderstorms again tonight. I am completely unmotivated.

Glad you're finally feeling better, Olivia. Beautiful pics.

I'm the USC.

11/05/2007........Conditional permanent residency effective date.

01/10/2008........Two-year green card in hand.

08/08/2009........Our son was born <3

08/08/2009........Filed for removal of conditions.

12/16/2009........ROC was approved.

11/05/2010........Eligible for Naturalization.

03/01/2011........Separated.

11/05/2012........Eligible for Naturalization.

Happy Thursday! Did ya'll see???????? Rajaa got the approvals messages for BOTH I130 & K3!!!! :dance::dance: I have been watching for Lulu and Rajaa to get out of my way in Cali........IM NEXT!!! omg....please one of these days let it be me. Congrats Rajaa! On to the next step!

My day is full. Work at my desk from 9-4pm...then the coolest thing...it's my employers 20th year in business.

So tonight the local radio station is coming for a live remote from 5-7pm. There will be food and games. Like ping pong balls into the goldfish, musical chairs.......me...I am doing product demonstration. Oh check this out....I am using a black Sharpie on a piece of laminate (Pergo) and then removing it POOF! with nail polish remover. My next trick is to pour orange Sunkist soda on 2 pieces of carpet, one treated with Stainmaster and one cheap azz carpet....the soda soaks into the .99 stuff and it ROLLS off the Stainmaster piece. Very impressive. Good thing I practiced on pieces of carpet...funniest thing..I took some coffee and ketchup and put it on the 'miracle' pieces...and guess what.... it stained and I couldn't get it out even with a stain cleaner..lol.

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

I had the morning from hell. Woke up itching like crazy at 4am and in the next hour proceeded to obtain over 8 mosquito bites. BIG ones. :wacko: At one point everything but one finger was under the covers, including my head, and voila....the sucker bit my finger!!! :angry::angry::angry:

Then I had to be at the dr office by 7am and waited 1/2 hour only to find out they forgot to give my name to the blood taker-outer-woman dear God I need coffee. :wacko:

I am trying to update Malek's picture from photobucket in my signature and I feel like kicking the pc! I have resized it and put the direct link in there under the image and it keeps showing up massively humongous!!! Any suggestions? I have done it like 10 times!

Jackie..If I give u measurements of that house we're considering living in...would u be able to ship an order of tile/carpet to me...I'd love to give u my business!

Anyone else have any husbands/acquaintances in the Houston area that would do wall fixing (filling in cracks in walls so u can't tell they're there)? I'd love to give my MENA girls families the money before some money sponging business that I've never heard of.

Nawal, I'm curious to know...I hear many families saying that the wife takes care of mostly the boy and the husband takes care of mostly the girl. What was the reason that you all decided to take that route too? When I read that, I wondered if hubster and I would end up doing that too...

Thursday... umm things are patched up for the time being. Ensha'allah we will not have such a horriffic week(end) like we just went thru.

I wish we were in Texas, I would send my husband on over next week :lol: and I'm pretty sure he would do it for free... but alas, we live too far away :(
