hello fellow VJ's i want to ask this question in behalf of my friend who have CR1. does she need to pay her VISA still? or its already paid off or included at DS230. she is confuse cuz she be going to pay the DV today. shealready had her INterview date, please help her what are things she need to do. thank u alot.

No, she or her husband has already paid the IV fee to NVC before her case get forwarded to the consulate.

She only needs to pay the medical to the panel doctor, and in PI the DV fee?

If she's going for a CR1 visa, all visa related payments were already made to the NVC. Otherwise, she wouldn't have had an inteview date yet.
