my case was FINALLY released from NVC and was "mailed" to Manila Embassy yesterday. At what point can i make the interview schedule and who do i make the appointment with?

if im not mistaken, i think this is the number:

The number will be available for GLOBE subscribers shortly.

Callers in the USA can also contact the Call Center at 1-888-877-9888. There is a fee assessed to callers by the call center for its services.

You may call 1-909-101-7878, USEM's call center. Ask first if your case is already encoded on their database. If so, you may now schedule your interview. Shortly after talking to the call rep, they will send you an appointment letter visa email. You will present that mail to the guards at SLEC and USEM.

Be ready with your case number.

Pay your document verification fee as son as possible to avoid delay. Make sure to follow it up with Delbros. Goodluck on your medical exam. Gather all the other requirements and best wishes on your interview!
