What's kimchi?

Kimchi is Korean food. It's chinese cabbage, fermented for several days. It is prepared by mixing chinese cabbage with chili powder, carrots, and radish. It's really hot! I am a big fan of hot and spicy food, thus the love for it. It is absolutely yummy with rice and pork barbeque.

Some exciting igor related news... CSC has 3x the number of approvals this week than VSC, that's incredible, and hasn't happened in a long time... that's right folks, 3x the approvals, it's good to be a CSC filer...

VSC has 1 approval, CSC has 3... I'm only pretending that CSC having 3x approvals is a good thing, it's really just a sign of how dismal the approvals are so far this week...

Maliciant - it's not cooked. You just wash it, mix it with chilipowder and radish and a little and let it ferment for 3 days and you are ready to go. YUMMY bonus points or not! LOL

Gemmie and I are alike in the weight category, our metabolisms are through the roof!

Ahh the list of things to prepare for when seeing the SO...

I used to prepare all kinds of things when meeting him; facial scrubs, new clothes, hair colour, manicures, make-up, etc... used to cost me a fortune, as well as the flight tickets! He always told me that I didn't need to do those things because he thinks I'm always beautiful, without effort. On the last few trips, I've just been getting what's needed and not worrying so much about how I look. I still take care of myself and make a bit more effort when I know I'm going to see him, but I don't feel the need to buy a huge batch of new clothes or cosmetics anymore. It's kinda nice.

I'm having Chicken Korma tonight... curry is my favourite food!!

Absolutely right Gemmie our guys are not in love with us when we put make up and dress fancy

if someone is looking for the outlook only then he doesnt love at all...

women tend to put make up, get the hair done, manicure and all that to have a self-cofidence

and feel the guy's eyes watching them, but when we are with our SO we dont need that at all...

we need only one "pair of eyes" to look us and we have them no matter what

HD, there's nothing wrong however you bought all these things, its for you to spoil yourself a bit...

i'm sure your man will just want to spend time with you, even if you're in a pajama and with messy hair

Isn't Love the greatest feeling ever?

My man always manage to take our the best of me and this makes me feel a better person.

CSC is cranking the NOA2's out like crazy now, up to 5 times the approvals of VSC... can they maintain this rapid pace? (I do figure VSC will catch up on friday but who knows, CSC gets 50% more petitions so it *should* consistantly have more approvals).

Lol Chris has never seen me in person wearing makeup.... our wedding will be a huge shock too him lol.

HD I really admire a woman who will put that much effort into looking great, me personally Im just lazy, and wouldnt be able to figure out how to put on most of that stuff to make me not look like a clown.....

Dani, Chris always seems to know the right things to say at the most random of times, when it truly matters. If im digging for a compliment, I wont get it, however just randomly he will tell me how special, lovely or beautiful I am and make my heart backflip.

Dani!!! Again I missed you. All these things that I bought yesterday were all basically spoliers for myself. My SO adores me even with my "good morning lookl". LOL You know what I mean. I know I snore when I sleep and he finds it the cutest thing in the world... what the?

I honestly think it's the fact that I am so excited about the upcoming wedding and my friend advised that if I really want to achieve that "glowing" look, I would have to prepare months before that. LOL So here I am. And girls and guys, it's my treat for myself. My birthday is coming, remember?

But truth to tell, my SO is actually the biggest spoiler in the world. He wants me to go ahead and do whatever I want to treat myself this birthday of mine and so the big light bulb lit up. Viola! Shopping at the Body SHop! LOL I have never really been vain my whole life. I don't know if you call my behavior vain for yesterday. hahahaha!

We were talking about wedding makeup and hairstyles yesterday. I told him that I was just scouting for some tips and how-to advise on the web. We both come with background and experience in theater and so it was an easy task. Then I said, I just want to look beautiful but not overdone and he said I will always look wonderful to him. I don't normally blush, but he does that to me. All the more adding to the pressure! LOL

What do you guys have in mind for your hairstyles and how do you plan to do it? It's so pricey in the States! My goodness! That's part of the reason why I bought my own here, coz I can't afford it there.

I am growing my hair, I want to wear it out, something like the attached one.

How I am going to get it to look like that however I am not sure, I think i might slurge on a propper make up artist/hairdresser, depending on the cost, only going to do this once

Mara - I don't wear makeup if I can help it. Unless we have a top exec at work or maybe a party or social function. I am the typical on-the-go and I-don't-care kind of gal who can switch from girlie to the woman from Amazon. And yes, it's funny I don't normally do what I did yesterday. LOL

Gemmie, you have 33 more days to go!!! I am not down to 43 more days and Fred is now down to 53. Happy dance in a few weeks. Yippeeee!!!

Maliciant, I am very happy for your girl. At least you will be around when she gets interviewed. Oh well...
