I will be following this flowchart,

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...amp;page=k1flow

I know the steps and the flow of things but I wont have to do any of it, I have an Immigration Lawyer doing this all for us. I have kids in the petition.

My fiancee is getting passports for the kids on Monday and I wait to see if my approved petition is at NVC after a week or 2.

Things move a lot faster now.

What you can do while you wait, get your evidence ready, chats, emails, letters, basically everything that proves a bonafide relationship. That should get your mind of NOA2 for a while.

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI

CONGRATS Amy&Aldo!

I hope I get my approval next week also!

I even called CSC to ask if I was approved because I was getting so many touches yet no email or any online notification, but the customer service rep told me the same thing I see online: Case Received and Pending...

Oh well, next week is another week full of hope and waiting :star::whistle:

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

You never know...you could be like me and get the snail mail instead! Their website is screwed up and unreliable. My case still says my status is pending from Sept. 2. Best of luck Marm...I hope you get yours before Christmas!!
