I was just saying in the other thread, it was 2 years ago that we started researching ways to be together (which was an awful discovery..) and here we are now, waiting for our paperwork to be approved and on our final year of seperation. :) How comforting..

I've always had the resources available to me because my bestfriend is an immigration lawyer. I remember one day when we worked at a Department Store (SEARS) during our very early college days, he asked me, Freddy what do you want to be? I said an IT Professional/Executive and I asked him what about you? He said I want to be an Immigration Lawyer, and now look! we both got the profession we wanted. Last April was when I called him to tell him, hey dude its time, I need your services! hahahahaha! a month or 2 later we have all that is necessary! I still remember signing those papers, those forms! the excitement of giving all my boarding passes and evidence to my lawyer! and now here we are waiting for approval! wheeeeewwwwwwwww! So close! a little bit more! so much to look forward to! and now I am less than a month from being with Emilia again! YESSSSSSSSSSS!

And Gemmie! so cool to have almost identical timelines!

August Filers!!! I am back from my weekend getaway from the island of BOHOL... See the pics on FB. :D

I got a scraped elbow from playing beach volleyball and a faint tan line (although that almost killed me as I have sun allergies) Eeeeekkkk!

Nevertheless, it was a break I needed in a bad way. I am off to bed now. See yah later guys and gals. Missed you all. And Dani, thanks for the ym message. You're the sweetest. Mwah!

I know, it's awesome!

I love your story too... it feels great to finally send off the petition, and if you believe in things such as fate, you could say that you and your best friend were made to help each other out in more ways than one. I think that's something special.

Glad you enjoyed your trip, HD, the pics look so pretty! It makes me feel all summery again as it's so cold in England!

It snowed here in missouri today, just enough to make it slick out I think... not enough to enjoy...

I still have 2 more hours of november left... but yeah, a new day, new week and new month (which is kind of neat in itself) and here it is, december is the month for august filers, time to start getting excited about those NOA2s, that's for certain... I'm hoping most of us get NOA2's in december but probably (myself included) are more likely to land in january.... we'll see when it happens though.
