Beautiful I love the back, what hairstyle you are going to use?

And the big moment!!!!!

Went to my dress fitter this afternoon and she has done a spectacular job!!!

Fitted prefectly, she just has to finish off the beading on the back, and put on the straps (which she was waiting till today to measure).

She also had a look at my veil ( I am wearing the one my mum wore at her wedding 28 years ago) and said she would attach a comb to hold it in my hair, and put some of the beading in the little flowers that she would do it for free! I have an awesome dress maker!!!

Anyhow there are 3 piccies, one of the front, one of the back and of the train. :)

What do you think girls? (and those guys feeling feminane to comment today :) )

you need to be posting that question on the main forum here

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showforum=80

It will get more exposure there than it will here, more people with experience that has been trhough this.

Goodluck

Thanks SoInLove16, but I already did that...didn't get much attention there yet so I thought to drop my questions in here too...

I know who can help you, find this user PUSHBRK, he knows stuff, a lot.

Thanks! I found PUSHBRK and have sent a message...

This wait is really killing me...my attorney says she has been doing this K-1/K-3 business for 8 years and it has never been this slow with approvals, she had initially told me that I would be approved in Nov, but it seems like we are looking at December, maybe even the beginning of January, I am REALLY REALLY REALLY hoping for it by Christmas...I feel like I am so ready to move on with the next step, but only if USCIS understood...

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)

What is that pic? a nest?, you are joking that's not edible right? well only the eggs on top look like food.

C&G: Haha, yeah, she blew you off instead hahaha, life is cruel!!!...

The pancit turned out very tasty, I took a picture for proof lol... the picture doesn't look that tasty, but trust me, it was very good. I don't recall eating anything quite like this while in the philippines, I did have something close but my fiancee told me it was different (pancit plus gravy I think was the key difference). I don't know, but my first attempt at cooking a filipino dish went smooth, in the end the most exotic ingrediant was rice sticks (I couldn't find rice noodles but I read rice sticks are a good substitute), it's basically thin noodles, but they are kind of chewy, maybe I didn't cook them quite right, I have no idea, but they tasted plenty good enough. I don't know when I'll get brave and try another new recipe, but I'm glad to have one official one under my belt.

MARM I suggest to really lower your expectations for NOA2 or you will be stressed from all this wait. My expectation for my NOA2 is mid January. Lower your expectations and when you get your NOA2 earlier it's feels better, or this wait and frustration from the delays will destroy you! trust me, anyone in this August thread will tell you.

Hang in there...

Cuchita - I am a stoic. I love pain... I have to admit I kinda feel guilty that I feel bad that my friends are so happy and I am miserable. Being away from your other half is a metaphor for dancing with pain.

And don't ever fight with a man's passion - FOOD! LOL

I would be the same if someone were to jump all over my beloved British things. :)

HD, I know what you mean.. it can be awful when you feel so guilty for feeling miserable when your friends are happy. Every time my friend gets a message from her boyfriend, saying how much he misses her, she reads it out and goes on about how much she misses him too.. I don't say anything because I do want to be a good friend, and understand that it happens. It's so hard though. I love it when we talk about our SO's though because we find that they both behave so similarily and she finds it funny that even though we're so far apart, we're such a normal couple. We experience the same amusing problems and have the same situations. That's nice to talk about because no one else treats us like a normal couple that much unless he's in the UK.

A week away from December?? Where has time gone??
