Wow,

I sent off my 129f on Tuesday to Vermont. I did not read the forums until after! I am scared that my forms will be sent back. It seems everyone sending to Vermont is in danger!!

1/03/07 Married

AOS JOURNEY BEGINS.....

1/5/07-AOS/EAD received at Chicago Lockbox

Sent back for what? Those who are being sent back are being affected because there NOA1 date is after March 6th. Yours should not be sent back unless you have a RFE. Since its there and they can do the additional checks if needed, your petition should not be recalled (could take a bit longer but not recalled from the embassy).

We're not even sure if Vermont has slowed down THIS much, it could be a 2 week halt to check the new law and the recalled cases, and it could be right back on track next week, continuing to be the fastest of the service centers, I am hoping for that at least.

Vermont is the best and fastest of all Service centers. You do not have to worry at all. You will see.

What they're worried about is this new IMBRA law and how it has slowed down all service centers, and how most cases recalled had come from Vermont.
