So, we've been with the NVC since June 16th, we still do not have our case complete. I have called a million times and no one will give the IIN.

My question is, do they send out the packet 4 (DS-230) after the IV fee is cleared? Or do they wait a short period and send it?

If they do not send it out until the IV fee is cleared, with how slow the mail has been going, it's gonna take at least another 5 weeks.

Try emailing for IIN, sorry you are going through this and hopefully you will get an answer through email at least. I did email for IIN, and got an answer after around 5 days. Also try calling at the evening hours (EST) for IIN, don't say you want it for paying online, rather just say you want it for your own safe keep. Best of luck

We have people on the Jamaican threads going on a full year of waiting.

Hang in there. There is really no rushing the process.

I've got it!!! I just thought i would just give it another go, as every usuccessful attempt makes me feel even worse. This time the guy gave it to me. I didnt tell him what i wanted it for, but he said it is'nt working. I asked if i could have it anyway.

Even though they say it's not working. People have experienced it working?

So now i have this, I pay online, then wait for it to process then print off the reciept. Do i then have to wait for them to send IV packet or can i just send all stuff off?

Glad that you have got it :). Yes right now, pay the bill and it will take around 2 to 4 days for them to process, once it shows being paid, you can take the print out and send your package as it is, there is no need to wait for IV packet, as a matter of fact, you can find the instructions on the page once you have paid the bill. Good luck and don't give up
