Hello.

We have sent I-129F to USCIS office in CA on July 21st and have not received NOA1 yet.

I checked processing time with this web site and it said average is 8-9 days to get it.

It has been 12 days after we sent and I started to worry about it.

My bf sent it through UPS but he said he forgot the package number that we can check status online so we dont know

its delivered or not...

How long did it take to receive NOA1 after sent the package?

Give me some informations.

Thank you.

Hey there,

Although the posted average is 8-9 days, it can take up to 3 weeks to get your NOA1. If you sent it express, you should have the tracking number to know it got there. As long as it's there, you just have to wait for them to cash your cheque. Don't worry too much yet...The last month or so has seen longer wait times for NOA1s :)

Another thing some people have been able to do is looking on the back of their cancelled check...if they sent a personal check. Usually when USCIS cashes your check your case number is imprinted on the back. If you did this, maybe you can watch for the check to clear the bank and see if you can look at your cancelled check.

Thank you! my bf told me that he got a mail that USCIS received our package. Hopefully we will get NOA1 soon.

We also wait until they cash out the filling fee.

Than you for your comment!

I will ask my bf to see if they have been cashed out the fees. If they do, I think we will get NOA1 soon.

Thank you for your advice!!

We have a cashed check from CSC and no case number anywhere noted on it.
