YEP...they're primarily looking for any patterns of domestic abuse, violent crimes, and sexual and/or child related offenses.

So if you've got anything to be worried about...you probably should be worried. Seek legal advice.

The check (done by the FBI as I understand) is one of the things that takes the most time.

Sorry, the Petitioner..I'm new to this lingo..

Thanks for the info, I have no history to be worried about, I do however have family members that are associated with misc. bike clubs and while they are not part of my everyday life they are in the outer fringes.

I'm just very excited about this process and def don't want anything silly like that to cause red flags that would require delays.
