Hi guys i need some advise. I tried to add my MNL# to my portfolio however i got this error that says:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

* Customer Portfolio Insert Failed

* Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

---

Is that mean my fiance copied the wrong number when he called NVC?

it starts with MNL+10 digit numbers

A little help please?

Are you putting into the portfolio for USCIS website? Because if it is at the NVC stage then that won't work...

Technically you are out of the CSC's hands... you would just have to call them (NVC) to see when your case is shipped to the beneficiary's country...Usually it doesn't take but days. Mine got sent to Mexico after 2 days.. :thumbs:
