NVC auto response for DS-3032

I am trying to gather data to help people when they send their e-mail for the DS-3032.

There are some people who receive the auto response right after they send the e-mail for the DS-3032, Choice of Agent.

However some people send it many times and do not receive anything. I am wondering if is has to do with the e-mail account that you have. Maybe some accounts just go into the spam folder.

Maybe if we all list who our e-mail provider is and if we received the auto response, it would help people now and in the future. We could see if there are some providers that get the auto response and some that do not.

I will start:

I send my e-mail of DS-3032 long time ago(my case is completed now) and right after I send e-mail to NVC I got autoresponse from NVC so my E-mail of DS-3032 went through well,...

I used @hotmail.com,....... and I think if you use either gmail or hotmail that's the best email providers,..so GOOD LUCK,...

We never received an auto response but received an e-mail a week later that they had appointed the Choice of Agent we had told them to use.

can i email ds3032 even if i havent receive any from nvc like telling me to send it?coz my husband said he hasnt send it,but he already sent i-864..

My husband sent it from his Gmail acct., got an instant auto-response, and got the confirmation email about a week later.

My husband sent it through email twice and did not receive an autoresponse but he then forwarded it to me and when I emailed it to them I got an autoresponse. I don't know why that happened. It should not matter what email account you have but for some reason people using gmail have been getting autoresponse quickly. Yahoo users also receive autoresponses but it has been slowing down nowadays.

I have sent two emails to NVC from my YAHOO account and got the message both times. My wife sent an email from her HOTMAIL account and got it also. All three times it was instantaneous.

i sent my ds3032 using yahoo and i got autoresponse the next morning...

The e-mail body should also contain NVC case #, along with the USCIS case #, full name, date of birth of the beneficiary, full name and date of birth of the petitioner.

That was the format the three times we tried and it worked when it was forwarded from my email account. So the format was not the problem. For some reason it just did not get the autoresponse when we tried the first two times.

For those still at the DS3032 stage, my email was just replied to about 1.5 hours ago. I sent it on August 12 and they replied August 20.

the subject line SHOULD CONTAIN ONLY the USCIS case number. the other details like beneficiary and petitioner's address and date of bitrth will be written after the entire letter..ie:

You do need the the NVC case number, beneficiary full-name, and birthdate on the subject line. All the reps remind me to do that anytime I send NVC emails.

I just sent mine from my work email account and received almost instantaneously the following autoreply:
