Poor guy...but thank god he's home safe :)

LOl it gets worse for him now though.. he gets to eat, pray, barely fall asleep for about an hour or so and then I come home, fil up 12 liters of water, get him, go out and play "what has gone wrong here with my car??" The game is pretty simple:

1. Step one: have a car you cannot live without.

2. On a day which you absolutely have to be somewhere, work, have this car break down late in teh day so no one is around.

3. Bonus! Have your DH work in a secured place where you can't just waltz in.

4. Walk a mile in the heat to get his car.

5. Bonus! Cross the highway right at the same spot where someone was killed 2 days ago, still blood on the road!

6. Have your Dh walk home.

7. Have him get no sleep the next day 8 hours before he has to be at work again.

8. pour water into your radiator and hope it leaks out (a new hope for you!) of some hose somewhere.

9. probably not get to sleep more than 2 horus before work

10. have to drop him off at work again if the car doesn't work

11. Repeat using various variables of shops, friends, etc.

I feel exhausted just reading what you wrote...

LOL! Well actually, it's not so bad. I eman there are some really good thigns in there-- one that this happened jsut around his break so I could catch him. Another was that I had jsut bought an emergency cell phone-- just a couple fo weeks ago before this. Another that we just got his car 2 months ago when I got this job-- imagine if we didn't ahve a second car! So lots of good things out of this. Also? when I went to cross the yucky 8-lane highway, there was not a car in sight-- during rush hour-- which is a true miracle :)

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

I am glad you are able to see the bright side to your situation. Sounds like it definitely could have been much worse. Good luck in fixing your car. It may be something really simple. :)

Blehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

hh.

The hamper? by the driveway? the yard? behind whatever is by the door? by the windshield wipers? in air vents?

Around or under the bed? in a strange place in your bag or purse? your mother have them in her stuff?

by the back door? in the door?

Olivia, in addition to all of these locations, did you try the trash receptacle?

I really don't know but I think it's better to cancel them. Then...ok let me pm u.

I would call USCIS and ask if they can be frozen until your husband's military service is completed. It never hurts to ask...they might just make him present an updated police report and maybe medical certificate. I'm not sure...but give it a shot.

Have a very happy Wednesday...may it be humpity bumpity good. ;)
