Hi everyone! I was searching on VJ about this topic because I have been considering writing my congressman as well... i have one version of a letter but its mostly this long-winded whining story about how much i miss my husband and how married couples should not have to wait a year just to be able to live together as man and wife so please help me etc etc!! :crying:

So after reading this thread i was just wondering what (generally) did those of you who wrote a letter write? I am definitly going to send a letter but just i wasnt sure if my emotional ranting would be appropriate or not... i basically poured my heart (L) out onto the page, but then after re-reading it i didnt know whether perhaps i should hold back on that a bit and keep my composure better instead?

Any thoughts/suggestions on this anyone??

:help:

congratulations! we hope vsc moves their asses now, we are far behind csc approvals

btw, they you get a touch before they approved you?

No touches at all. I guess if paper work is proper no need to keep touching the application and leaving it alone w/o approving it.. my 2 cents..

I have to ask, what do you all mean when you say 'touch'.....

What does that mean???

Thanks..

Just means that someone in the USCIS office has taken a look at your paper. Whether it be for an address change, or something you requested to be corrected. Inquieres and what not. Just basically means your case was looked at, or "touched."
